REFLECTIONS
[SEPTEMBER EDITION]
The warmth of a lingering summer has given way to a gentle fall. This season is a time of transition, of adaptation. We immerse ourselves in more intense work and school schedules, begin to get used to shorter days.
Mindfulness becomes an important element in our day. We choose slowness and stillness through the flicker of a candle flame, honey-sweetened tea that warms us from the inside, and the nostalgia of a well-read book with worn edges and dog-eared pages.
Maintaining wellness becomes an act of intentionality. We choose wellness in our daily rituals - through comforting food and nurturing community.
Warmly,
ARALEA BEAUTY
